We’re happy to supply your order regardless of size, from 1 to 100,000.
Plain garments without logos are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Customised garments with printed or embroidered logos are typically dispatched within 7 working days.
Yes we can. We also offer an Express Dispatch service. Plain garments can be delivered within 2 days and embroidered, or printed garments can be with you within 5 working days. There is a surcharge of £2.95 per garment for this service. Please contact us via phone or e-mail if you require an Express Dispatch.
Delivery times can be affected during periods of high order volumes. Please contact us if your order is urgent.
We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to open a credit account, please contact us to discuss.
Yes! we will email you a digital mock-up before embroidering or printing. This is usually sent 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Mock-ups will not be supplied for repeat orders.
For all new embroidered logos, we will prepare a sample and email an image for approval. If required we can also post the sample.
We understand people come in all shapes and sizes. If you can’t find the brand’s sizing guides here. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
Absolutely not, if we have embroidered or printed your logo before, we will have saved it. Simply select ‘use the logo you have on file’ when placing your order, and there will be no additional set-up fees.
We’ll be more than happy to send sample of any garments you’d like to look at closer. Samples are chargeable and refunded (minus shipping costs) once returned to us in re-sellable condition within 28 days.
